Our Services

  • Free Consultation

We offer a complimentary 30 minute phone or video consultation to determine if speech and language therapy is appropriate for your family. You will have the opportunity to discuss concerns and ask questions in a commitment and stress free environment.

  • Evaluations

A comprehensive evaluation allows us to get more in-depth information about your child’s strengths and challenges and helps us develop an individualized treatment plan of care. If your child completed an evaluation within the last year, provide us with the report and we can go straight to therapy.

  • In Home Therapy

We make speech and language therapy fun for the child and convenient for families. Our sessions are designed to meet the specific needs of you and your child, while using their natural environment for learning. We provide in-home therapy for families in the Bay Area, California. We also provide services at child care centers.

  • Teletherapy

Not in the Bay Area? No problem, we offer teletherapy for any client residing in California. Teletherapy has been shown to be as effective as in-person therapy, but with more flexibility and convenience.

Pricing + Payment

Sampaguita Speech Therapy is currently a private pay clinic, which allows us to deliver a fully individualized treatment plan to give you and your child the services you need without eligibility requirements, a medical diagnosis or insurance coverage restrictions.

We accept debit, credit, HSA, and FSA. Payments are due before your service.

We do not accept insurance at this time. Please contact us to join our insurance interest list.

In the meantime, we do offer superbills, which are monthly statements of your services. You may submit the superbill to your insurance for reimbursement from an out-of-network provider. We recommend contacting your insurance company to confirm details regarding your out-of-network benefits.

Please contact us for more information about service pricing.

No Surprises Act + Good Faith Estimates

Beginning January 1, 2022, health care providers must give you an estimate of the expected charges before you get an item or service. This is called a good faith estimate (GFE).

Your GFE will include the expected charges for all items and services that are associated with your care. All clients will receive a GFE after you’ve scheduled your first service, or when there are changes made to your treatment care plan.

For more information, please visit the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) website at www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
